Customization Process
Possible changes
Takasago’s ability to customize existing pump and valve models in order to
meet a customer’s requirements is one of our greatest strengths.
Rather than a “one shoe fits all approach, we listen to a
customer’s requirements and produce a design for a product with specifications
to match them as exactly and economically as possible.
Higher specification products can be achieved.
Undertaken free of charge, without
consideration of time taken, or number of revisions
required and with no obligation to purchase the resulting new product.

Requirements
& Requests
Submission of inquiry for a product, detailing required specifications.

Discussions of case at daily internal meeting
including sales and engineering staff. Closest existing model identified,
possible customizations noted.

| Feedback
Feedback to customer including drawing of closest existing
model, suggested modifications, and implications of said
modifications. Customer’s comments noted.

Proposal
Creation
of drawing of new model, pricing for prototype and production quantities
issued.
